When it comes to product development at UNIFI, we want to continue to respond to your needs and have open communication regarding future product improvements. And, to be honest, we get pretty excited as we are working on new and improved UNIFI features, and we want to share that excitement with you rather than keeping it to ourselves.
To help us do this, we use Productboard to allow you to submit, view, and vote on feature requests.
In this article, we will show you how easy it is to use Productboard.
Please keep in mind that this is for features in the web-based version of UNIFI (version 4.0). If you are still using the desktop version, however, you can hop over to Productboard to see what’s to come for you when you migrate to 4.0.
To access Productboard, click here. On that page, you'll see four different tabs:
Released
The Released tab can show you the features that are currently available to all customers.
Beta Access
If you click on the Beta Access tab, you can get a glimpse of the features that are currently tested with a small number of UNIFI customers. This group of beta testers provides us with feedback on these features as we prepare to release them publicly.
Planned
If our team is currently working on a feature and has more concrete plans for release, you'll see the feature shown on the Planned tab:
Under Consideration
The Under Consideration tab shows you the ideas which we may pursue in the future.
If you click on any of these items, you can view more details and share how important these features are to your organization. We use this data to help us prioritize feature requests. 
How to Submit a New Idea
To submit a new idea, select Submit Idea in the top right of the screen.
Next, fill in the requested information. Sharing your email ensures that we can follow up with you if we have further questions and/or updates relevant to your feedback. Once you are done, click Submit.
