Adding content to UNIFI from within Revit
Channel
In addition to your libraries, which are your internal content, you also have Channel subscriptions, which are ways for other content providers to share their libraries with you.
Star Rating
Company-wide 1-5 star rating of content. Not to be confused with Favorite content, which is unique to each user.
Tag
Tags are one easy way to help you find related content. Tags can be added to any uploaded file – whether it’s a Revit family, a component, or a non-Revit file such as a PDF or DWG file. All the Revit families from a project, for example, can get tagged with the project name and added to your standards library. We also have clients tag content by spec number or company division. The choice is yours. Uploaded files can have any number of tags. Tags can be admin or user-defined, giving you a lot of flexibility in their application.
Web Portal
Online platform of UNIFI that allows admins to access analytics, subscribe to channels, use the batch editor, and more. Admins can access the Web Portal by selecting the globe icon on the left side of the screen in UNIFI
